Rooted in Service

Rooted In Service provides Marquette students the opportunity to engage in environmental stewardship within the greater Milwaukee community. Rooted in Service is held during October's Campus Sustainability Month, a time to increase awareness and inspire students to take part in sustainability initiatives on campus. Through hands-on stewardship in partnership with Milwaukee County Parks & Victory Gardens Initiative. Rooted In Service connects students with opportunities to beautify local environments and support local communities as we work together to care for the world.

What to bring:

• Service will take place outside, so wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes you don't mind getting a little dirty.
• Water bottle
• Hat or sunscreen

Registration will be in Weasler Auditorium followed by a brief presentation. Buses will be available for transportation to each site.
