Non-Partisan Election Day Volunteers

Help us support the Marquette community on Election Day as non-partisan volunteers at nearby polling sites.

Election Day volunteers will help support campus voters by providing way-finding to polling sites and supporting Marquette voters at the polling sites by checking for correct documentation before they get in line at the polls. We are also in need of shuttle drivers to polling sites- if you have completed the Fleet Defense training and are approved to drive University vehicles, please let us know!

You must complete the non-partisan Election Day Volunteer Training before volunteering with Marquette Votes on Election Day. Please choose from the following trainings (you only need to complete 1 training).

• Thursday, October 24th from 12:00-1:00 PM
• Wednesday, October 30th from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Please register and select the site you would like to support on Election Day and the training you will attend if you have not already been trained as a non-partisan Voter Education Volunteer. Shifts will be in 2-hour increments and at the training you will be able to sign up for a specific time.

• Shuttles - help take people to their polling locations from the AMU. This position will drive University vehicles and must be an approved driver and completed the Fleet Defense training.

Volunteer shifts are all day but we are prioritizing between 11:00 AM - 7:00 pm. as that is expected to see the heaviest traffic at the polling sites.
