The Clarke Square Neighborhood Initiative was created as part of the Zilber Family Foundation's Zilber Neighborhood Initiative in 2009. Originally a program of Journey House Community Center, CSNI became a Wisconsin Nonprofit Organization in 2013 and a federally recognized 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization in 2016.
The mission of the Clarke Square Neighborhood Initiative is to improve the neighborhood and benefit community residents. CSNI is responsible for supporting neighbors in the continued implementation of the Clarke Square Quality of Life Plan
