Calvary Presbyterian Church

Calvary has been in this place in the heart of Milwaukee for almost 150 years. Calvary has loved and toiled sacredness into this corner of the city. And, like traditional monasteries, Calvary has opened its doors to any and to all who knock. Calvary's motto has been -- whoever knocks gets bread; sometimes the bread is bread, or help with food, or temporary housing, or a place to pray, or a beautiful sanctuary for a wedding, or a welcoming community for the lonely.
