About

COA Youth & Family Centers helps Milwaukee children, teens, and families reach their greatest potential through a continuum of recreational, social work, and educational programs offered through its two community centers, rural camp and eight Milwaukee Public Schools. COA serves over 10,000 children and families every year through programs in early child development, youth development and community development, focusing in the Riverwest/Harambee and Amani neighborhoods in Milwaukee. Operating out of the Riverwest and Goldin community centers, the Family Resource Centers engages families with children ages birth - 6; the licensed Early Education Centers focuses on children 6 weeks - 6 years old; and the Pre-Teen and Teen Programs are held for young people between the ages 6 - 18.
