About
Above and Beyond the Playground is a nonprofit organization providing mentor services and academic and athletic activities. Student athletes (male and female, grades 6-12) are partnered with a mentor/tutor for one year and participate in group character development classes. These activities will encourage open communication and community-building.
Our mission is to create hope and opportunity for underserved student athletes in the city of Milwaukee by preparing them for life beyond the game.
